George Cleveland is the vice president of channel operations for Cricket Wireless and is responsible for the Sales Operations, Customer Care, Training and Communications, and Digital Experience teams.

Prior to his current role, George was the assistant vice president of the Customer Solution Centers team responsible for leading the iPhone Advanced Support and

George began his telecom career in 1996 as a senior accountant with BellSouth Cellular where he was responsible for BellSouth mobility financials in the Georgia properties. From there, George branched out into the sales organization, progressing through several leadership roles within AT&T Mobility including, director of regional sales operations for company owned retail stores in the South Central Region. In 2011, George was named the executive director of AT&T University where he led the design, development and execution of executive leadership development programs and curriculum.

George received a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting from Morehouse College in Atlanta. He also earned his CPA license while working for Deloitte prior to joining AT&T.

George and his wife Antonette, reside in the northern suburbs of Atlanta and have four young children, Marilyn, William, Christina, and Kimberly.
